Where will you place your bets on April 25th?

You are cordially invited to join fellow PR professionals in Greenville for the

2013 Mercury Awards!

As SCPRSA’s signature event that celebrates the year's best PR campaigns and programs along with the practitioners that make it all happen, the Mercury Awards never disappoint. 2013 will be no different.
Coined, “The Run for the Mercury,” this year’s event theme plays off one of the nation’s most renowned springtime events, The Kentucky Derby, for more than one reason.

#1 -  The Playing Field

Rooted in tradition, the 2013 Mercury Awards will boast extraordinary entries from across the state and
fierce competition among the best in the industry. Winners will be awarded in more than 30 categories—from social media to event planning, speech writing to internal communications.

#2 - The Experience

As PR professionals, we know the best way to celebrate success is in style! This year’s “Run for the Mercury” reception will be held in beautiful Greenville, SC at The Loft at Falls Park. Known for its charming atmosphere and location in the heart of downtown, The Loft will recreate the Derby experience the SCPRSA way—roses and horseshoes included!

#3 - The Attire

This year’s event brings with it unbridled fun and fashion. Ladies, wear your favorite sundresses and most Derby-like hats if you dare; gentlemen, a sports coat and khakis will do just fine. Bow ties, seersucker and madras patterns are not just welcome, but encouraged!
